📨 Delivery of messages
Delivery fees are charged separately. For a managed WhatsApp number Meta deducts the fees from your balance. With your own Meta app or via Twilio you can pay the provider directly. You send SMS messages via your own Twilio account.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
You select a paid plan and start the trial. You can cancel at any time within the first 14 days - your card will not be charged. When you sign up, your card information is saved so that your workspace continues to run starting on the 15th day. We’ll send you an email reminder before the trial ends.
What happens if I don't cancel?
In that case, your selected plan will continue as usual starting on the 15th day and will be billed monthly. You can cancel at any time after that, effective at the end of the billing period.
What currency is used for billing?
Packages are billed in U.S. dollars (USD). Depending on your card or account, your bank may convert the amount into your local currency and charge its own fees in the process.
Which package is right for me?
The Basic package (1 agent, 1 channel) is usually sufficient to get started. If you receive inquiries regularly and want to automatically schedule appointments, the Pro plan is a good choice. The Business plan is worthwhile as soon as multiple people are working together, and the Enterprise plan is ideal for very high volumes.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. All features of the smaller plans are included in the larger ones, so an upgrade is possible at any time. Just contact us.
What are AI credits and how much do they cost?
Every action performed by the AI uses credits. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of credits (10 / 20 / 50 / 100). If you run out, you can purchase additional credits - one credit costs 0.14 USD.
Are there any additional costs?
Yes, for message delivery. The fees are charged by the respective provider: Meta for a managed WhatsApp number or your own Meta account, or Twilio for SMS. These costs do not go to us.
How long does setup take?
Most customers are up and running within about 30 minutes - no prior technical knowledge required.
